We use only Young Living Essential Oils in our practice.  The oils are steam distilled and always 100% pure.  Some benefits from the oils include cleansing, calming and soothing of your body, mind and spirit.  We can incorporate them into the massage setting through aromatherapy from a diffuser or applying directly onto the skin.
